Kristin Reed
Kristin
W. Reed, a Principal of Fisk Reed & Love, P.C., is a Certified
Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner™ professional with
a broad base of experience in accounting and taxation as well as
personal financial planning and general business consulting. In
addition to providing tax and financial planning services to
individuals and businesses, her client experiences include professional
practices, real estate management companies, non-profits, hospitality
and retail businesses, among others.
Kristin has had the benefit of both
large and small accounting firm practice experience. Before founding
Fisk Reed & Love with Bill Fisk, she was a member of the tax
department of an international accounting firm in Albany. Her four
years with that firm included assignments in both auditing and tax
departments.
Ms. Reed is a licensed CPA in New York and
Vermont and a licensed CFP® planner. She is a member of the Financial
Planning Association™, the Vermont Society of Certified Public
Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and
is past President of the Vermont Society of CPA's. She is currently
serving as the Treasurer and financial advisor on the Oak Hill
Children's Center Board and is a member of the Bennington Rotary Club,
as well as, the Vermont Community Foundation.
Stephen Love
Stephen
C. Love, a certified public accountant and Principal of Fisk Reed &
Love, P.C., has been serving clients in the southern Vermont area since
his relocation from Philadelphia in 1987. His professional experience
includes providing audit as well as microcomputer and other consulting
services to municipal, county and state governments, manufacturers,
retailers, and nonprofit organizations. Before joining Fisk Reed &
Love, P.C., Steve was a senior manager in an international accounting
firm.
Steve is licensed as a certified public
accountant in Vermont. He is an active member of the Vermont Society of
Certified Public Accountants, having served for two years as the
Chairman of the Governmental Accounting Committee, and is a member of
the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has recently
completed his second three-year appointment as one of Vermont’s two
representatives on the Executive Committee of New England Peer Review,
the organization responsible for administering the AICPA’s Peer Review
program in the New England states.
Frank Cody
Frank
J. Cody, is a certified public accountant and Principal at Fisk Reed
& Love, P.C. He is the director of Tax Services for the firm. His
professional experience includes taxation and accounting for
individuals and businesses. Before joining Fisk Reed & Love, P.C.,
Frank was a senior tax associate with an international accounting firm
in Albany, New York. Previously, he was associated with CPA firms and a
real estate management company in Denver, Colorado.
Frank is licensed as a certified public
accountant in Vermont. Frank holds a Master of Taxation from the
University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration from Saint Joseph's College of Maine. Frank has served
as an adjunct faculty member teaching accounting and taxation courses
at Southern Vermont College. Frank is a member of the Vermont Society
of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified
Public Accounting.
Frank is currently a board member of the
Bennington Catamount Rotary Club . Frank is also a member of the
Equinox Valley Toastmasters Club and actively involved in Bennington
Youth Sports.
Laura Nesbit
Laura A. Nesbit, a certified public accountant
and audit manager at Fisk Reed & Love, P.C., has been serving
clients in the southern Vermont area since 1995. Her professional
experience includes auditing and taxation. Before joining Fisk Reed
& Love, P.C., Laura was associated with a local bank.
Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from
the University of Vermont, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting,
from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts formerly known as North
Adams State College. Laura is licensed as a certified public accountant
in Vermont and is a member of the Vermont Society of Certified Public
Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Jeanette Burhans
Jeanette Burhans,is a certified public accountant
and a Tax Supervisor at Fisk Reed & Love, P C.. She holds a B.A.
from Russell Sage College. Jeanette has been employed with Fisk Reed
and Love for five years. Previously, she was associated with a local
college in the development office.
Timothy Lefevre
Timothy D. Lefevre is an audit supervisor at
Fisk Reed & Love, P. C. In addition to overseeing some of the firm's audits, he is involved in various other business and tax service engagements. Tim joined the firm in 2003 and was licensed as a certified public accountant a year later. He holds
a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in
accounting and finance from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
Tim is a member if the Vermont Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Tim is also a frequent attendee of Young Professionals gatherings in Bennington. He spends his free time playing a variety of sports, including basketball, soccer, and tennis.
Kristina Bordeau
Kristina Bordeau is a staff accountant at
Fisk Reed and Love, P.C. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration with a concentration in accounting, from the
Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. Before joining the firm she was
associated with a supermarket chain in Western New England.
Marie Mason - Bookkeeping Services
Andre Sourdiffe
As Technical Consultant for FRL Computer
Services, Andre Sourdiffe has primary responsibility for delivery of
network support and computer maintenance services. He is Novell Certified
Network Engineer (CNE) for Netware 6 and 6.5 and an A+ Certified hardware
technician.
Andre manages the firm's Novell network. He has
established cost effective remote network access capabilities to our
system, setup an FTP server to facilitate the transfer of data files
from our clients, and has established enhanced multi-user e-mail
capability.
During the three years immediately preceding his
joining our firm, Andre was employed by a computer consulting
enterprise located in Clifton Park, NY.
